This scheme seems to have been around for a while and very recently a new (upgraded?) one has been released by Steven Clayton and Tim Godfrey, who do seem to enjoy a rather good reputation from all their previous programs. What got me to take a closer look is the fact that it is available through ClickSure, the money-back guarantee of which is conditional. Therefore and technically speaking, the stated Risk-Free, 100% 60-day money-back guarantee is anything but that.

So right off the bat we are dealing with some misleading statements and there is more to come in the video presentation.

The person in the video introduces himself as Trey Stevens who claims that he has been challenged by his friend to get three people to use "his" automated system to make them "a ton of Money" or he will loose his car. I thought the system is by Steven and Tim? So who is Trey Stevens to claim that it's his? Maybe its an actor, as according to the disclaimer actors are used? Continuously throughout the video he claims that he developed this system.

Also in the disclaimer it is stated that this is not purported to be a Get-Rich-Quick Scheme. Let's correlate that with income statements (unsubstantiated) shown of more than 100k in one week, the claim that the software Trey uses banks $ 3,432.16 a day (which would be in excess of $ 1,2 million per year) and Trey's challenge to make 3 random individuals a "ton of money". In my book that certainly is being presented as a Get-Rich-Quick scheme!

Then Trey goes through the motion of setting three 'randomly chosen' (by his friend) individuals and you basically see the same spiel as you an see in videos of a lot of other schemes. The result, as always, is that they're surprised, overwhelmed and overjoyed to such an extent, that I have to ask myself to what degree is this actually staged. Maybe it is, or maybe it isn't, but I can't get the impression out of my head that it is.

Trey claims to be nervous because he is working with people who do not have any background at all in doing something like this. This implies to me that anyone can do it, or rather the system does it for you. Onbviously, after 72 hrs. all three have made money to various degrees through ClickBank. Great, especially since it is known how crowded the ClickBank market is! Trey claims the success of these three people is based on the software. He does point out that not everyone will be as successful. I wonder why? According to the video, all he did is install 'his' software and set up the ClickBank account. So we have to understand that there is obviously something else needed that we're not aware of!

But he goes on to let you know what 'his' software does, which includes getting loads of traffic. So far we still don't know details, but let's assume it's a website you need to set up. So there is additional costs right there which isn't really mentioned. Also, getting loads of traffic does not mean conversions, no matter how great the products are (and which are preloaded by Trey in 'his' software).

I am not saying that this scheme is a Scam and it may just work. However, it does make me wary that the misleading advertisement and video needs to be used and a lot of the claims made are contradicted in the disclaimer(s).

For my taste the video is by far too long and shows you the exact same script that so many others have used. Nothing new here!

Since we are all the careful kind of people who read the fine print before buying (into) anything, let's recoup the for me relevant points:

1.) "Any testimonials and examples used are exceptional results, don't apply to the average purchaser and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results."

2.) "There is no guarantee you will duplicate the results stated here."

3.) "You recognize any business endeavour has inherent risk for loss of capital."

4.) "This is a new system and there are no typical results.

5.) "Earning potential is entirely dependant on the person using our product, ideas, techniques and the effort put forth."

6.) Your level of success in attaining the results claimed in our materials depends on the time you devote to the program, ideas and techniques mentioned, knowledge and various skills." and finally,

7.) "Returns and refunds policy: as stated, if you purchase Your First Commissions, and you do not enjoy the financial freedom that you expected, do not make as much from our methods as you expected, or indeed for any reason, you may claim a refund for the product within 60 days of purchase. On a sidenote we do ask you to put the techniques into use before requesting a refund, for both our benefit: however, our refund policy is unconditional and this is a suggestion, not a requirement. We are aware that some buyers will not achieve their personal goals despite our best efforts to the contrary, and we stand by our refund policy as such... Revisions to this Policy: Our company reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this Policy, our Terms of Service agreement, and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner, by updating this posting."

I always say that if a product is in fact so good, then why the disclaimer in such form? Apart from Point 3.) which let's you know you can stand to loose your money, despite of all the guarantees, the last point in particular is for me somewhat strange. The 'Company' is giving their unconditional money-back guarantee, however, ClickSure's is certainly conditional and the T & C clearly state that when buying, you agree to also the terms and conditions of ClickSure

Sure I haven't tried this out and I don't intend to, given the misleading and contradictory way(s) it is presented.

I must admit right from the start, that I have tried Allsolutionsnetwork.com for one simple reason: It is not the usual ClickBank, ClickSure and all those similar affiliate programs. It covers a much larger market. A market that is not only huge, but one that we all have been using to one degree or another, namely on-line shopping.

The main reason why I classify ASN not as Scam, is the fact that it is completely free. There is no money to be lost, or money-back guarantee to worry about. It has a vast array of retailers, products and services so instead of signing up as an affiliate for each and every retailer out there and do the marketing separately, ASN is the all-in-one solution, hence the name.

ASN does not claim to make you rich and it is certainly not a push-one-button automated system that roles you in a ton of cash. It is straightforward and simple: You do your shopping through ASN and get credits, which turns into cash at the end of the month. There are also a variety of give-aways that also earn you credits. Get a quotation and earn credits.

Apart from your own usage of ASN, you also have the possibility of signing up other members up to 10 levels down and you earn credits from their usage of ASN. That is where the "autopilot" actually kicks in.

As with any system, there is always something to complain about and criticise. ASN is no exception.

Secondly, the system is not (yet) fully automated. When you do your shopping, you get a confirmation from the retailer which you must register your purchases with ASN, and which then is compiled and subsequently credits are registered in your account at the end of each month. Consequently your payout is once a month, just like with any other job. ASN is working on automating this process, but given the multitude of retailers and products and services, this is not an easy task!

Thirdly, keeping track of your points is somewhat tedious. While the system automatically sends you a confirmation of the submission, you still need to keep track of them so that you will have an idea of what is happening on your site. I have been informed that they have a beta system in place that already automatically places many of the points earned into your back office, but it is not yet fully functional.

There are some other minor issues, but they are really not very important. The creator of ASN, Bruce Castro goes to great lengths to assist anyone with any problems and questions. He is also very adamant about ASN's reputation and does address as many complaints (directly or indirectly) personally as he can.

You will not strike it rich with ASN, but you can earn good money! And if you get enough active members in your downline, it actually becomes an autopilot system, provided they do not forget to register their shopping activities! As a hypothetical example, if you "sponsor" 2 new members who then do the same through 10 levels with each member getting 25 points (credits) which can also be achieved by just using the various free services offered, you can achieve a monthly income of about $ 5 k apart from your own activities. That process however takes time and depends on how active your members are, but it is basically achievable.

In conclusion and as I have stated before, All Solutions Network is for sure not a Scam! Yes, it does have some draw-backs, but you do not stand to loose any money! And as is the case with any other truly legit system, your success depends solely on your input, work and dedication! Just like with any other job!

Getrichandvacation.com is, form my understanding, a website by Steve Hawk who as an independent associate of PrimoVacations.com is trying to convince you that you can make a fortune by selling Primo Vacations memberships. To make things simple and short, please refer Reviewopedia to read just one of the many reviews I have seen.

But let me get back to Steve Hawk's site and the claims that he makes:

- "... the most powerful and simple system ever
  developed for generating cash quickly - a system that
  anyone can tap into".

- "... this system is proven".

Bold claims to say the least and actually nothing is proven at all!

He then goes on to state that:

- "If You want, You can fire your boss

  You can "work" when and where you like

  You will not have to fight traffic ever again

  You DON'T need any previous experience to be
  successful

  You do not need to know how to build a web site or
  have any other technical Internet skills

  You will NEVER have to call any friends or family and
  you never have to pick up the phone and make any
  cold calls

  There is ABSOLUTELY NO SELLING, No Explaining and
  you will not have to talk to anyone...

  EVER!!!

  You can put in a couple of hours a week and still be
  wildly successful and make Huge amounts of
  money...very fast."

Sounds like another Autopilot system that we all know doesn't exist, no matter how automated it may be. Just try to relate these claims to the disclaimer "Results may vary and depend on the participants unique experience, work ethic and personal activity".

It goes on to say "Success with PrimoVacations results only from successful sales efforts, which require hard work, diligence, and leadership. Your success will depend upon how effectively you exercise these qualities. Because PrimoVacations is so young, it has not yet had the ability to determine either: (1) the average earnings for all its Associates; or (2) the percent of PrimoVacations Associates who achieved or exceeded the hypothetical earnings set forth above."

I suppose Steve must be running ahead of not only himself, but the scheme as well. So, why would you want to invest in this when it has basically no track record to speak, while Steve claims the club has been around since 2006?

I could go on and on, but the reviews out there are predominantly bad (except, of course, from those involved!) and all come to the same result. It seems you have to become a member which will set you back $ 697.- and then to be an associate you'll dole out another $39.95 a month! Granted, you're supposed to get $ 500.-- out of the $ 697.- but would you really want to risk your name and reputation on a Club that reportedly doesn't deliver what it is supposed to?

And now the kicker refund policy:

"As a purchaser of the PRIMOVACATIONS subscription, I understand it is my responsibility to supply the information necessary to create my PrimoVacations website and that I may fully evaluate the system itself for 3 days.

During the first 3 days, I understand there is a 100% refund.

After the initial 3 day period has expired, I understand I am no longer eligible for a refund however I know I can cancel my subscriptions at any time with a 30 day notice."

Let me just say that I think they must have gotten things mixed up. Shouldn't be 30 days for a refund and 3 days cancellation notice.

Basically it is quite entertaining to have a look at Steve Hawks site and then you'll also become aware that you may want to approach any other scheme peddled by him with caution.

I have seen more and more online scams being sold through ClickSure rather than ClickBank and here is the reasons why.

ClickBank seems to have tried (not successfully) to exclude obvious Scams from their product list, whereas ClickSure has, at least so far, made no such efforts that I can see or hear of. ClickSure is also very much vendor friendly and focused, which is actually revealed in their terms & conditions, especially with regard to their return/refund policy and conditions. Whereas ClickBank is straight forward and you should actually not have any problem to get a refund, ClickSure has the following stipulations:

"we will issue you a complete refund provided you have:

• Contacted our dedicated customer support team asking for assistance if required
• Submitted your request for a refund within 60 days of making your purchase
• Provided a valid reason for requesting a return within 60 days of purchase
• Provided a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized
• For any other reason ClickSure Support deems appropriate"

Obviously, the way it is stated, means you have to comply with the first 4 and even you have, ClickSure can still make your life miserable with the last one before you actually might see any refund. Now, I am not saying that they do, but they certainly would have the right. Also you will notice that these conditions are not and/or but rather all inclusive!

- It would be interesting to find out exactly how the
  ClickSure customer support team can assist you in
  trying to make a Scam you have bought through
  them actually work.

- Who would decide what constitutes a valid reason?
  Obviously ClickSure! Technically, just because you
  bought a Scam from ClickSure and it doesn't deliver on
  it's promises, asking for a refund in that case
  constitutes a valid reason? Sure it does, but that is
  not for you to decide, but rather ClickSure and the
  vendor.

- In my book, a Scam is a fraud, plain and simple! So,
  once you have bought a Scam through ClickSure you
  have to provide a valid report about the charge being
  fraudulent. What constitutes a valid report? Again,
  you are at the mercy of ClickSure and the vendor!

You can see that these stipulations certainly favour the vendor, rather then the buyer. What happened to consumer protection?

Interestingly enough in it's T & C, ClickSure does "hold the Seller of the products and services on its site liable for any representations and warranties that they make on their websites." but not the affiliate! ClickBank actually does, to various extents and degrees.

ClickSure claims that they are the #1 Affiliate and Sellers Marketplace. It would be interesting to know by which measure that claim is made, however, I would confirm that when it comes to Scam like Goldaffiliateasset.com, Cashtriggers.com, Getbuyerarbitrage.com and many others, they certainly would rank higher than ClickBank in my book.

Now I would think it is clear why more and more Scam Artist and Peddlers like to use ClickSure. It becomes even more interesting for those guys, who sell their junk for really hefty sums of money and not the run-of-the-mill 47 bucks.

I just received a lead about a scheme called onlinegoldmine by a guy named Jamie Lewis, who I'm sure many have heard of before and there are quite a number of his schemes around. With onlinegoldmine (which he says is free, which it is not!) he makes reference to purportedly making his "millions" with products sold through ClickBank (ironically, onlinegoldmine is available through Clicksure). In his video presentation he makes three statements, which in my mind stand out and they are a) global e-commerce trade will top US$ 1.25 trillion in 2013, b) ClickBank.com is the worlds leading Internet retailer and c) that ClickBank has paid out over US$ 2.2 billion in commissions to affiliates.

Let me put these three statements into perspective.

a) It is a fact that global e-commerce trade his truly mind-boggingly huge and growing each year by leaps and bounds. However, there are quite a few segments of e-commerce ranging from Internet-Banking to making travel arrangements. The actual e-commerce market covering pure on-line shopping is estimated to be US$ 150 billion in 2012 in the US alone. Globally it is estimated to be more than double. So, while Jamie's statement certainly gets a very important point accross, it is definitely distorted when it comes to affiliate commissions.

b) ClickBank is not the world's leading retailer by any stretch of the imagination. Clickbank is a privately owned company and does not (have to) make their annual accounts public. But, as I have written before, comments made by company officials in 2009 were to the extent that ClickBank had a total of US$ 300 million in sales and that it expected an annual growth of 8 %. That would amount to approximately a little less than US$ 380 million in 2012. Wall-Mart is the largest retailer in the world and it's on-line sales are in excess of US$ 2 billion! And let's not forget Amazon, the truly largest on-line retailer globally with US$ 46 billion in sales of which US$ 21 billion were made internationally! So where does that leave ClickBank? Not only very far behind, but also in comparison pales with regard to the variety of products! Granted, ClickBank may pay higher commissions, but the vastness of the pool of sales by true on-line retailers and their scope of sales would more than make up the difference.

c) Let's take for granted that Wickipedia is a trustworthy source of information. According to Wickipedia, "ClickBank was founded in 1998 by Tim and Eileen Barber. In 2009, the site had attracted over 1,000,000 affiliate marketers, approximately 100,000 of whom were designated as 'active' at any given time. In June 2011 the company claimed to have paid affiliates and vendors over $1.8 billion, processed 35,000 transactions per day, and generated over $350M in annual revenue. It offeres over 46,000 individual products to its affiliate marketers, and provided services in over 200 countries."

While I do not want to discredit Clickbank in any way, I did notice the word "claimed"! As mentioned before, the company does not have to publish their accounts. But you do the math and cut it any way you like.

Having obviously started from scratch and now after 13 odd years of existence, with approximately 100,000 active affiliates (only 10%!), how they can claim to have paid out US$ 1.8 billion by 2011 (not in 2011!) to vendors and affiliates is for me startling, to say the least. Please keep in mind that in most, if not all cases, the vendors get paid more than the affiliates! And even if that figure is in fact true and more goes to vendors than affiliates, how can so many so-called Gurus claim to have made so many millions from ClickBank? Just try to imagine, US$ 1.8 billion over 13 odd years and of lately 100,000 active affiliates and the majority of that goes to the vendors, not to mention that ClickBank also gets a cut! It somehow just doesn't add up for me and that is why so many of these Guru's schemes end up on my website www.scamhunter.weebly.com.

My point of this is, that no matter how you slice it, being an affiliate of Amazon and the likes is tapping a very much larger market, with a much larger number of products, which everyday consumers not only need, but actually buy on-line! The only problem is that why would anyone want to buy their products through you as an affiliate and not go directly to these retailers websites? And that is where ASN comes in. There anyone can do their normal, everyday online shopping at Wall-Mart, Amazon, Macy's, etc. and get paid for it! And it's all through basically one website! In other words, if you shop at these retailers directly, you get paid nothing, even or especially as an affiliate! With ASN you actually do!

Another point is, even more importantly, that obviously the market for ClickBank, Clicksure and all the others like them - even combined - could never reach to scope and depth of the true everyday on-line retailers and their everyday consumers globally! It also teaches us another very important thing and that is that when you see Jamie Lewis and all the others showing you their supposed ClickBank incomes, you can safely assume that it is utter and pure nonsense and the real money they are making is from the gullability of people who would like to believe such nonsense and thus buying their schemes, not from ClickBank!

Also, while the scope of products is vast, the scope of services offered by Amazon and other major online retailers is limited at best.

Don't get me wrong! I'm not in any way trying to put down Amazon! Not at all! I'm trying to put into perspective a) that ClickBank is a limited market and b) Amazon, as an example, together with all the other major retailers on the Internet cover a much larger market to earn fees, but also have their limitations!

Why not do your online purchases where many of the major retailers are represented but also a multitude of services are available (also for free) and get paid for doing so? One website where you can do your shopping at Amazon and others and get paid for it! One website eliminates virtually all shortcomings! In a global market that is so much larger than ClickBank and the likes! As an affiliate, would you not want to be in a market that by virtue of it's size, gives you a much greater chance of earning a decent income?

How many times have you tried programs that promise you loads of income by taking surveys? Trust me, you're not alone and I can tell you that virtually all of them are not living up to their promises!

First and foremost, the companies/programs are like Headhunters and as I have written before, Headhunters only get paid when they have "sold" someone to their clients. If they do any training, or render any other form of assistance for any prospects, then that is their money to be spent and cannot be passed on to anyone.

The most important part to consider, is that many companies/programs claim that their clients are many major multi-national corporations which just simply cannot be true. These corporations use renowned advertising agency and these actually do the market research and some may use the companies/programs you see on the Internet. So, in fact you're dealing with an advertising agency and not actually the major multinational corporation! Furthermore, the surveys themselves are constantly rotated among professional researchers for reasons of the most precise coverage. These agencies do not really care what kind of service is provided beforehand to the prospects doing the surveys.

The same applies to other program claiming do cover similar aspects, like social media and the like.

Also, what is very important to consider is your geographic location. If you're not located in any of the major markets around the globe, like the US, Europe, China and Japan, then you will get only very few surveys to take, if any.

Plain and simple, don't ever pay for anything, especially before these programs cannot prove that they actually can deliver!

That is for starters. And to this day, none of the creators or marketers of the websites/programs that I have listed have made an attempt to defend themselves and their so-called products!

When a new program is marketed, many of the reputable review sites just cannot quickly come up with a review also because of the sheer multitude being published day by day! That's were I am a bit ahead of them in my efforts to let people know to be at least cautious! Based on my experience, the advertisement already says a lot and with the creed better to be safe than sorry, one can read a lot from advertisement, especially what it doesn't show or say. I will list two examples, which I have listed as Scam on my website as a precaution for potential buyers.

The first is Oneminutecommission.com.

The name already raised my doubts and the first thing that I looked at was the video and related it to the disclaimer at the bottom. Many times there is no disclaimers and that is already a warning sign. In the video you will see how anyone can purportedly make a lot of money from the sale(s) of ClickBank products, however that is merely a claim and lacks real proof like having a written confirmation from Clickbank that could be verified, which I assume ClickBank wouldn't do anyway. Then there are testimonials, which may or not be real, but then again look at the disclaimer where it is mentioned that  "ALL PERSONS PORTRAYED ARE REAL AND VERIFIED. IN SOME CASES ACTORS HAVE BEEN USED TO REPRESENT THESE PERSONS". Now why is that? I have no doubts that the people are real but who verified them and what does verification mean? Why use actors to represent?

Then it goes on and on about how much money others have earned and gives you the impression that anyone can too. Again the disclaimer where it says "THIS IS A NEW SYSTEM, SO THERE ARE NO TYPICAL RESULTS. If there are no typical earnings results, than what does that say about the credibility of the earnings claims made in the video, or those of the product owners and other person's results?

It does come with a 60 day-money-back guarantee but unless you have actually bought it through ClickBank, their money-back is not defined in any way, nor is there any substantiation and thus cannot be credible or relied upon.

Lastly, I have found a review that claims that this program is basically about promoting products through You Tube. If that is the case, it does not mean conversions come automatically. Actually anyone can do this for free!

The second one is DynamicDigitalEnterprise.com.

With this program no video is involved, however, the first statement let's you believe that you are one of the few privately invited people to sign up for free on the "ground floor" before it goes public on Sept. 15th. As far as I am concerned, I am part of the public. It then says to read everything very carefully, which is laudible and I did accordingly. It goes on to say that their incredible affiliate compensation plan "allows" you to earn a whopping $ 2,025.- a month by merely signing up 155 people and $ 150.- for 30 signups! Now we all know how difficult that is, no matter how good and sensational your product may be! It then goes on to say that you can recoup your membership fee with just 3 referrals! Wait, I thought it was free? Where does the membership fee come from and it is not mentioned anywhere nor when that would kick in.

Then you are informed that they have Professional and reliable products that meet or exceed the cost you are paying and a fast "break even point" that allows you to recoup your investment into the company as soon as possible. Wait, I thought it was free? I have had a look at some of the 84 pages of their products and I have to say that I was not impressed.

It goes on to say that you can receive big commission payments early rather than being forced to fill a downline with thousands of people before earning a significant online income. How exactly would that work? Then you're told that this is a self-less company that puts the members first by paying out a massive percentage of all incoming funds right back to the members in commissions. Now we have the confirmation that it's a MLM program. So, one does have to pay? I thought it was free?

Finally there is no disclaimer, or any sort of (legal) statement.

Both programs outlined may just be something that people might be looking for, but the way they present themselves leaves me no choice but to classify them as Scam accordingly.
